An Alimony investigation can be conducted if you suspect that your ex-wife is so called 'living together with a new partner as if they were married' after divorce (as stated in art. 1:160 BW). In that case, there is an unjust support payment obligation. Investigation into cohabitation of the ex-partner with her new partner can result in partly or all expenses made to prove the unjustly payed spousel support to be reimbursed as well as the costs made by our Detective Agency. Moreover, an alimony investigation can lead to savings of tens of thousands to even hundreds of thousands of euros if you obtain prove that your ex-wife is living together with a new partner. We have a very high success rate regarding alimony research. We helped our clients win dozens of cases. Since 2004, all alimony investigations we have set up have been won. We observe her and her new partner over a period of approximately twelve weeks. During that period, we record the movements at the house where they live together, complemented with photo and/or video evidence. For professional reasons and from a proof-technical perspective, we conduct a full investigation with at least two investigators. Our reports are certainly admissible to the Court, as we are recognized by the Ministry of Justice and Security and are approved by the Police.

Alimony can be abolished if proven that;

• the ex-partner has been living together with his/her new partner for a long period of time: eating, sleeping and shopping together;
• there is an affectionate relationship between your ex-partner and her new partner;
• the new relationship of your ex-partner and her new partner is of a long-term nature;
• there is a joint household with mutual (financial) care.
